Billing and Insurance
We are a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide superbills upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurance company to determine your out-of-network benefits. Additionally, consulting your doctor can help guide you through the necessary steps to obtain a referral if needed.
Payment Options:
We accept electronic payments via SimplePractice, which offers convenient online processing. Please note that these platforms charge standard transaction fees, which are added to the cost of services. We also accept check and Zelle — both of which have no transaction fees.
NBRC: We are proud vendors of the North Bay Regional Center, serving families across Napa, Sonoma, and Solano counties. For children who qualify for the Early Start program, our OT services are provided at no cost to families, with funding fully covered through the North Bay Regional Center. Early Start is part of "Part C" of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and California's Lanterman Act, ensuring that every eligible child has access to these vital early intervention supports.
